I am so fucking tired of hearing - from both sides of the spectrum - that something needs to be done about "jobs."

FUCK "JOBS"

Jobs are a byproduct of healthy industry. They are not a goal in and of themselves and they most definitely are not something the government itself should be trying to encourage or create.

Jobs are what happen when someone has too much work to do by himself, so he gets someone to help. If you want to work, GO FUCKING WORK. Start a fucking business. Find something that you can do and do it and sell the product of your labor to others.

What? You don't want work for yourself? You want to work for someone else? Fine, but it's not businessowners' responsibility to employ people and its not the federal governments responsibility to somehow force them to. If you want a fucking job, then AGITATE THE FUCKING FEDERAL GOVERNMENT TO EXPAND BUSINESS AND "JOBS" WILL COME. Make it easier for the people who actually do business and jobs will come as a byproduct. Jesus Christ, and you're also asking for higher taxes on the very people you need to create your precious JOBS? ARE YOU FUCKING KIDDING ME?

WHAT THE FUCK HAS HAPPENED TO THIS COUNTRY? Why does everyone want to be treated like a child? And the goddam federal government ENCOURAGES this shit.

Businesses aren't in the business of making "jobs," they're in the business of CREATING VALUE FOR THEIR OWNERS. When you say that a business should be making more JOBS, you are saying that the capital of those business owners should not actually belong to them and belongs to the "workers". Markos (of Daily Kos) is whining about why PMBNBC doesn't like him, and supposedly banned his lame ass;

I've criticized Chris Matthews before, sometimes harshly, and it never led to me being banned. This was not about criticizing some random MSNBC host, but about criticizing the network's token conservative, a man who wilts in the face of the awesome power of Twitter and its 140-character limit. Morning Joe happens to be Griffin's pet project at MSNBC. He's staked his career on it, and as such, lets Scarborough call the shots -- to the point of having its least successful host dictate the guest list of its most successful one.

At least Markos admits one thing, MSNBC is all leftist hackery, except, apparently (allegedly) Scarborough. Oh, and of course, @Markos now, cuz he's friggin banned. heh

"Build them where they sell them" was the battle cry from hundreds of autoworkers and their supporters at a rally in front of Chrysler's Sterling Heights Assembly Plant (SHAP) Sept. 25. The plant, eight miles north of Detroit, is scheduled to close in December 2010 but the union here is aggressively working to reverse that decision.

The plant, which makes the Chrysler Sebring and Avenger mid-sized sedans and the Sebring convertible, is one of eight Chrysler plants that are slated to close.

Since June, Chrysler has been run by Fiat under a U.S. government-aided bankruptcy reorganization. Upsetting many here is that while Chrysler/Fiat received $10 billion in U.S. taxpayer money (and 2.5 billion Canadian tax dollars) all of the plants that are scheduled to close are here in the U.S.

WSJ Online in April reported;

The United Auto Workers union would eventually own 55% of the stock in a restructured Chrysler LLC under the deal reached by the union and the auto maker, according to a summary of the agreement that was reviewed by the Wall Street Journal.

Fiat SpA "eventually" will own 35%, and the U.S. government and Chrysler's secured lenders together will end up owning 10% of the company once it is reorganized, that summary said.

As I understand all this, the Douchbag UAW is pissed at the Douchbag UAW and protesting cuts? heh

Meanwhile, local cities in the Kokomo area are starting to feel the pinch as factories still aren't paying their property taxes;

Much consternation has been expressed by Howard County attorney Larry Murrell and his team of negotiators in relation to the stonewalling received from Chrysler concerning past and future tax payments.

The negotiating team has expressed the feeling that Chrysler negotiator Brian Glowiak doesn't have the authority to reach a settlement. They are probably right. But the problem isn't Glowiak or Chrysler's intransigence. The problem lies with the owners of the company.

Ownership of the company is divided up as follows. Fiat owns 20 percent, the U.S. Treasury owns 9.85 percent, Export Development Canada owns 2.46 percent, and the United Auto Workers VEBA owns 67.60 percent.

Fiat's share will rise to 35 percent if performance goals are met. Fiat will also have the right to buy 16 percent more shares.

The United Auto Workers at 67.60 percent has a majority ownership of the company - and not only a majority ownership, but a super majority ownership. Therefore, the Howard County negotiating team has been negotiating with the wrong people. Murrell's group should be negotiating with the United Auto Workers, the organization that basically owns Chrysler.

Murrell should immediately add to his negotiating team the United Auto Workers' local presidents who have a vested interest in our community and the community's welfare.

Who wouldn't be offended by the drooling rants of Mahmoud Ahmadinejad when he says, in essence, the nation of Israel deserves to be and should be destroyed?

Obama it seems is one not easily offended, at least by the rants of the world's dictators. US citizens legitimate complaints are a different matter.

Netanyahu came fully prepared to do battle, complete with evidence of a deliberate attempt to exterminate all the Jews (Translation for the leftist douchbags; "Them Joooos") from the Earth;

"Ultimately," he said, "the past cannot triumph over the future. And our future promises magnificent bounties of hope." Ticking off some of the technological achievements of the last hundred years, Netanyahu said, "We will find an alternative to fossil fuel, and yes, we will clean up the planet. But if the most primitive fanaticism can acquire the most deadly weapons, the march of history can be reversed" for a lengthy period, he warned. "This is why the greatest threat facing the world today is the marriage between religious fanaticism and weapons of mass destruction.

"Is the UN up to that?" Netanyahu asked. "Will the international community stand up to the despotism of a government against its own people?" - a reference to the recent elections in Iran. "The jury is still out on the UN. Recent signs are not encouraging."

Am I a racist if I think Maxine Waters is an idiot?

The Office on Congressional Ethics – which sifts through ethics complaints about House members - looked into the Waters case. It referred it to a House committee – and that committee has voted unanimously to continue the Waters investigation for another 45 days.

Scum-sucking AP and HuffPo's Greg Mitchell finally get their way

In the great pond there is scum, it's an unavoidable part of swamp life. It adds to the overall circle of life concept, with the good there will be bad.
Sometimes the bad is envious of the good, and in these cases will try in various nasty ways to bring the good down to their level, the filthy putrid fetid level of the swamp.

This is where the majority of people who write for a particularly putrid piece of petrified prickiosity called The Huffington Post reside.
One of the nastiest of the vermin to float in that filth is Greg Mitchell.


Now, this Greg Mitchell is a beard-scratching, douchbag who writes mostly crap books with a leftist tilt that liberals read for free at various places who serve their brand of caffeine-enhanced socialist idiocy.
He also writes for The Huffington Post, whose namesake Arianna Huffington is said to be such a nasty piece of work she drove her ex-husband Michael toward other men to escape her bird-like clutches, but that's getting off on a tangent.

Recently a young United States Marine was killed in action in Afghanistan by an RPG which struck close enough by to sever both of his legs.

Another bit of flotsam in the pond was an inbred embedded AP photographer named Julie Jacobson, who as photographers are wont to do, snapped pictures of everything, including the wounded young Marine.
After careful consideration, the happy photog decided "Screw the rules, I'm sending the ghoul pictures in with the rest", and off they went to the great Associated Press castle to be debated, and eventually after more careful consideration, were issued to every news outlet on Earth for use in anti-US, anti-military posts by dickweeds such as, well, like our Greg Mitchell.
Might be noted here, that the family of young Lance Cpl. Joshua M. Bernard specifically requested the photo of their dying son not be published.
Well it was, and we're back again to Greg Mitchell, who since 2002 has been crying to be allowed to use photos of the dead and dying in his rants against Bush, now he has to settle with smug self-satisfaction that only comes with leftists finally getting their way.
I'm at a loss as to who gets top honors here.
