The only thing worse than an ideologically stupid Democrat is an old ideologically stupid Democrat, like Hank here;
His "concern" is "...that the whole island may become so overly populated that it will tip over and capsize."
Admiral Robert Willard, being questioned by dipshit du jour Hank Johnson, shows how he got to be Admiral, by not laughing hysterically at congressional dumbasses and some of their more stupid "concerns".

We need a bailout for Guam! Will a trillion dollars be enough to put outriggers on the island? You know like on the war canoes in the Pacific? We'll let Hank figure out how big they need to be, he seems to know alot about the size of the island...

Is NYC next? Long Island is 118 miles long and 23 miles wide. All the tall buildings and their exposure to the wind, you know, its a wonder a storm hasn't flipped it already. This is worse than global warming! The gov't must save the islands! I'll bet Island flipping explains the sudden disappearance of Gilligan, Skipper, and the rest of them. The island just flipped and they were gone! How dreadful.
