On October 2, tens of thousands of people will stand together in Washington, D.C. demanding that Congress reject the Republican right-wing obstruction and put the creation of jobs and the plight of the jobless on the front burner.

The most crucial midterm elections in our nation's history are barely a month away. What's at stake? The future of the changes our country voted for in 2008 with the election of President Obama. The message then was clear: the voters had enough of the right-wing policies attacking working people, enough of endless war, racism, environmental destruction, hate and division.

But the forces of reaction and their supporters on Wall Street, in the right-wing talk shows and networks are regrouping. They are seeking to return to power by taking advantage of the tremendous frustration, fear and desperation of Americans who are suffering in the midst of the economic crisis.

Corporate America is doing everything possible to grow fear, hysteria and hatred. They aim to discredit, divide and derail the thing they fear most - the power of the united movement for change led by President Obama. That movement encompasses the labor, communities of color, women, youth, the LGBT community and their many allies,

They are stirring up confusion and hatred -- using as they always have -- the twin and vile pollutants of racism and red baiting.

They aim to tear apart the beautiful multi-racial, multi-national fabric that makes up this country, through the despicable use of racism and bias directed at Pres. Obama, African Americans, Latinos, other people of color, immigrants and the LGBT community. They seek to infect disaffected white Americans with racist ideas hoping they will vote against their self interests.

Corporate America is also using anti-communism and red baiting to confuse and divide the people's movement, charging Obama and the movement that elected him is "socialist." They seek to revive the "red scare" of the 1950s when McCarthyism disfigured the national discourse, undermined democracy and free speech, effectively divided the labor and people's movements, and setback progress for a generation.

But this is a different time. People have learned the bitter lessons of history. Millions are coming forward to counter fear and hate with unity and hope, and to protect the democratic majorities in Congress. The Communist Party USA and Young Communist League stand with them.

While thousands are rallying in Washington for jobs, hundreds of thousands of other patriotic Americans who can't make it will be there in spirit. They will spend their day canvassing door to door, phone banking, registering new voters and talking to their neighbors and co-workers about the issues.

This activism will ensure millions will also march united to the polls on Nov. 2. to guard the change they voted for in 2008.

Those who choose to stand in the way of this expression of the highest ideals of our nation, stand against the interest of the vast majority of the American people.

Please review this article with me. The communist party, in a page on the communist party's own website in which the official voice of the CPUSA promotes the October 2nd march, is claiming that the marchers have nothing to do with communism, despite the fact that the communists are among the marchers. They also note that anti-communism of the 50s set back the "progress" they wanted to make at the time for a generation. In other words, anti-communism set communism back by a generation. In other other words, it worked!

In this smoking gun of a note, the Communist Party of the USA combines a lot of claims. Let's list some of them.

• All progressive goals are shared by communists. In other words, there is no substantive difference between progressives and communists. Hear that, progressive douchebags? You are identical to communists! And you're too stupid to realize it! Same for you TV and newspaper idjits. You're commies too! Ever wonder why the government wants to take your failing businesses over? Ever hear of Pravda and Izvestia? Yeah, that's your future, commies. Write what the government wants or look forward to a body bag. Try speaking truth to power then.
• Communists are completely behind the goals of the Democratic Party and its leader, Barack "Uncle Joe" Obama. Are you Democrats who think you're still in the party of Harry Truman and Jack Kennedy sure you agree with goals that come from the Communist Party?
• Communists blame Corporate America for the anti-communism of many TEA Partiers. This couldn't be further from the truth. All corporations have fully bought into diversity and preferential treatment of communist specified victim classes (Gramsci, if you want the name of the communist who specified them) by human resources departments everywhere. Tea Partiers identified communism around Obama because so many of his friends and family, including both his parents, step father, his two grandparents who raised him, his childhood mentor, his ghostwriter and bomb-making buddy Bill Ayers, and many of the people he sought out in college were communists or other types of marxists. Oh, and that doesn't even mention all the card carrying communists he put into the White House, starting with Van Jones and Anita Dunn. Even after being intentionally fooled by the progressive media, by progressive domination of education, the courts, many churches, and indoctrinating human resources departments, the American people are smart enough to identify a communist when he's wearing a Maoist red star on his Maoist army cap and waxing poetic about redistributing the wealth away from the capitalist robber barons. Anybody ever wonder where the jobs are coming from when everything that communists and other Democrats do crushes the abilities of small employers to hire people for a wage they can afford to pay? Small employers would create 80% of the jobs America needs to recover from the recession, but they are being prevented from hiring because Democrats have reinterpreted the laws and regulations in ways that make employers' continued existence and success uncertain. How can they prudently hire in such an environment without risking losing it all?
  
• Communists claim that "white voters" would vote against their self interests by voting against the communist party's program. This isn't true either. The interests of all Americans are to have a more prosperous nation where we are all free. The Communist program will create a poorer nation, with unemployment permanently at 20% or higher, where the middle class joins the poor in a permanent underclass living on government assistance, where labor unions are banned, dissent is punished by disappearance, and our government's leaders become our masters instead of our public servants. As it always has, communism in the US would create a nation of slaves and destroy the economy and the ability to produce food. Starvation would result. Anyone who votes for communists is voting for their own destruction and that of their children and grandchildren.
  
• Communists claim that the Tea Parties are driven by racism. This couldn't be further from the truth either. Tea Partiers are color blind, unlike the Communists themselves who divide Americans up into groups by race and other fault-lines in order to pit them against each other. They act as if the anti-communism of TEA Partiers was an obvious falsehood, when it is the communist party itself that with this article and many others has bragged it is part of Obama's coalition! Tea Partiers are driven by Americanism, by individualism, which is irrevocably opposed to communism, socialism, and progressivism. Tea Partiers have slowly come to realize this, and they are accepting that this time when they fight back the communists, as Americans had to do in the 50s, they will have to finish the fight instead of just leaving the beaten communists in peace. This time there will be no truce. The Republican leaders don't realize this yet, though some close to the leadership do. And this is the reason why the communists and progressives are so excitable about things. They realize all their plans to wreck America might be defeated forever, and they could be forced to emigrate to a country that is already communist or socialist. Such places are no fun to live in, especially when you are a failed communist.
  

By the way, when you visit this post it won't be the same. That's because the CPUSA edited it to try to change history after it had already happened. Remember how Joe Stalin would have the photos of people he had murdered removed from the photos in which they had once appeared? This is typical communist behavior, to change history so they can avoid getting blamed for their actions.

Borat Sponsors, Passes Bill in US Congress to make peeing illegal

Everyone noticed that Stephen Colbert testified about cornholing and corn-packing Iowans and all sorts of other corny jokes today, but nobody seems to get why. And no I don't mean because of Coate's testimony on the Vote Cheating Section of the Department of the Perversion of Justice. No, we all knew that was going to be ignored by the communist media vanguard and their communist lapdogs in the Democratic Party. I mean that today's stunt was an unsuccessful attempt by Colbert to one-up Al Franken's hilarious stunt of getting elected as the Junior Senator from Minnesota. The Franken comedy act is so subtle and yet so over the top, simultaneously, that people don't get it. Maybe if someone at NBC, where Zucker got zuckered out the door today, well, if NBC had a weekly show featuring the Junior Senator from Minnesota, say, on Saturday nights at 1130 eastern time, then people would get it. By it, I mean syphillis. Or trich.

But what has been so far un-noticed in the Stephen Colbert antics continuously broadcast by the hydrocephalic media is that Borat went into the House of Representatives today, flirted like a madman with Madam Speaker, and convinced her to pass a bill that made peeing illegal in the US. Then he took the bill over to Harry Reid, flirted with him like a madman, and got Harry "the needy reed gone to seed" Reid to pass the bill. Then he took the bill to the White House, and after some mad flirting with Michelle Obama, who hasn't been getting much attention from whats-his-name lately, got her to sign Barry's John Hancock onto the bill. That's how to get things done!

Now we will all have to hold it. Forever. I believe that Al Franken's massive practical joke on the American people has been beaten.

It's quite clear what the voters of Massachusetts told us yesterday when they elected Scott Brown, the Conservative Republican, to the Senate seat once held by Ted Kennedy:

"WE WANT MORE LIBERAL BULLSHIT!"

The voters of the most liberal state in the nation told us that, in an act of pure irony, they wanted more hopey-changey stuff! They want Obamacare! They want Crap and Tax! They want Unionization by Intimidation (aka Card Check). They want more Chicago-style back-room deals! So logically, they voted for the conservative Republican.

Stimuluselessness and the Great Depression mark 2.0

The idea that Government, by borrowing money from ordinary people and spending it on bullshit that nobody wants, needs, or asked for, can bring a shocked economy back to life is so obviously retarded that only a Progressive Douchebag could ever possibly believe it. Bullshit! The real jobless rate is 17.5%.

Just like they did in Hoover's and FDR's administrations. Aren't laws supposed to be enforced equally, without bias? Why does Rivera want us to enforce our laws in a biased way that favors his tribe? It isn't because he believes in fairness and equality, that's for sure! He just wants to win a tribal conflict that only he is fighting.

Daniel Gross is a Progressive Douchebag

If Rush Limbaugh wrote the Political Correctness column for Salon, then Gross writing on business might make sense. Counterprogramming is always interesting. You assign Tom Cruise to write about personal economics and G. Gordon Liddy to write about hippies. Cruise never had to save a dime. And Liddy never danced the wiggly spiderlady dance at a Phish or Grateful Dead show. So when they write they are fish out of water and don't go over the heads of their readers. The danger is that they will aim too low, about the level of the reader's bunghole. And along those lines who do Newsweek and Slate choose to write their business columns? They hire a progressive douchebag so unthinking about his class-warfare assumptions that he happily accepts fascism and corporatism as if they were principles of the "free" market.

His latest article is about progressive CEOs, by which he means business owners who buy into the whole global warming swindle for selfish reasons, or because they're scared to death of being put out of business by the government if they don't play along. For example, here is what one selfish businessman thinks about the government forcing ordinary people to pay tons of money for gas.

Andrew Taylor, the CEO of Enterprise Rent-A-Car, in many ways epitomizes the business establishment. His family is No. 32 on the Forbes 400, their $7 billion fortune built on allowing middle-class people to drive cheaply. He donates mostly to Republican candidates. But when it comes to energy prices, he holds a heretical view. In the past year, gas has swung from $4 to $2.50 a gallon, which has made it difficult for auto manufacturers (and rental companies) to predict whether consumers will desire fuel-sipping compacts or fuel-burning SUVs. It strikes Taylor that if the government were to guarantee a stable gas price of between $3 and $4 per gallon—through a high national gas tax like they have in Europe, for example—it might spur innovation and hasten the shift to electric cars. "Consumers would know what kind of car they want to buy, and manufacturers would know what to build," he says.

A few years ago, such talk—looking to European-style intervention in an iconic American market, passing on higher prices to consumers—would have been enough to mark Taylor as a traitor to his CEO class. But Taylor is what you might call a progressive businessman.

Isn't that special? Clearly Taylor would like it better if people rented more cars, and the way to do that would be to lower the price of gas. So in reality he would rather the US's philosophy were Drill Here, Drill Now, Pay Less. But if the idiotic government is going to prevent Americans from using their own natural resources then at least it could make the price of gas predictable so that businesses can plan for it. Plus energy companies love the idea of selling essentially nothing to a captive market and getting paid for it. That's what carbon credits are: nothing. And we are the captive market whose pockets are going to be picked by doubling our electric bills.

That makes sense. However, it is not an argument for progressive principles in business, but for adaptation to political fads and fashions. Under the horrible economic meddling of the current legislative and executive branches, we are in a fascist moment so companies need to play along, much like companies played along with the Italian fascists and the German Nazis. Energy companies like Exelon and BrightSource can make as much money under the new regime with a non-functional product and massive Government grants as they can selling energy that is taxed to death. Apple chooses the progressive side because it has long been the fashionable computer company, and nothing is as fashionable as progressivism and its spinster aunt Marxism.

Let's think about this. What would be the perfect way to run an economic system? How about to have everybody in the world focusing on their own speciality, watching for when supplies contract and finding substitutes or new sources of supply to bring into the system? When people put in extra effort they are compensated by letting them charge more. If something is more plentiful in one part of the world, then more people get together and make products out of it. They then cooperate with someone who has transportation and ship it to other parts of the world. Eventually improvements are made to products that incorporate components from all over the world. They improve the quality and lower the cost, and thereby the price of the consumer product that is sold to ordinary people who take it home and use it with their families. People who do a lousy job on their own are taken on by other, more successful producers and thereby become proxy members of the economy. They might even learn something in case they want to step up and try something on their own again. Over time, as producers experiment with improvements in their methods and raw ingredients their products get better and cost fewer working hours for consumers to buy. Imagine a pencil.

Now that would be one hell of a way to make an economy work, wouldn't it? Or you could let the king set the price of bread and give a monopoly on the sale of bread to his retarded brother in law. In which case you will be required by law to buy moldy, hard, black bread and spend $20 per loaf, until the price goes up.

That's what happens when the progressives take over. They want to act like they are the freaking king and everyone else who doesn't have the political connections is a peasant whose job is to labor for the glory of the state and thank the king when he gets whipped for being slow with his tax payments.

Progressives? More like cavemen economists. More like tyrants. More like Louis the frakking XVI. More like the madness of King George III. Memeorandum will lead the curious reader to many curious and wonderful things. KTK at Lean Left tries to rain, inasmuch as a douchebag can rain, on the parade led by Warner Todd Huston on Publius' Forum. It's unclear whether KTK of the indeterminate sex even knows its shot is retarded, because KTK doesn't appear to have the slightest idea of what it's talking about. Lemme explain what's going on for those who might otherwise not understand Huston's claim or the merits of KTK's snotty, ignorant counterclaims.

Huston buries his lede, but after a few opening paragraphs that make unsupported claims that have little bearing on the merits of his story, gets to it. Now I have done some similar searches myself. Here is a simpleminded search for non-profit corporations with ACORN in their names. If you look you'll see several ACORNs that are incorporated in New Orleans, including ARKANSAS ACORN HOUSING CORPORATION, ACORN TENANT UNION TRAINING AND ORGANZING PROJECT INC, ACORN TELEVISION IN ACTION FOR COMMUNITIES INC, ACORN LAW FOR EDUCATION REPRESENTATION & TRAINING, ACORN INSTITUTE INC, ACORN INTERNATIONAL INC, ACORN HOUSING CORPORATION OF PENNSYLVANIA INC, ACORN COMMUNITY LAND ASSOCIATION, ACORN COMMUNITY LAND ASSOCIATION OF ILLINOIS, ACORN COMMUNITY LAND ASSOCIATION OF LA, and ACORN COMMUNITY LAND ASSOCIATION OF PENNSYLVANIA INC. The majority of these are incorporated at 2609 Canal Street. This is 2609 Canal Street to the left. It is for sale since the recent shakeups in ACORN, as a result of ACORN getting caught in numerous illegal activities.

Quick question for those who want to follow the logic. Why would the owner of the building sell it if ACORN got in legal trouble? Wouldn't they just get new tenants? Why would the owner sell if it was losing a tenant that is going broke? It wouldn't, unless the owner was the tenant in question.

Also note ACORN and LOCAL 100 SEIU appear in plain sight, in the same type of signage, on the second floor balcony. That doesn't happen unless they both put their signage up at the same time. We know that SEIU and ACORN were formed by the Rathke brothers. They're twins so I can't tell them apart. They are also huge, ginormous douchebags so I don't care to either.

Further chasing down ACORN starts to reveal its confusing maze of twisty little corporations, all supposed to do about the same thing (community organizing, which is Marxist agitation) but some that are considered to be tax-deductible and others that are not, some that are eligible for federal contributions and others that are not, but with a single reporting structure that mingles the money from all the parts together in a manifestly illegal manner.

I count 28 non-profit corporations at the 2609 Canal St. address according to my manual search through the Melissa database. That is a lot of non-profit corporations, all of them in the same plantation style townhouse. And remember, these are only the non-profit corporations. Elysian Fields Partnership is the paymaster of all the ACORN and SEIU associated corporations, is at 2609 Canal St. and it isn't listed in Melissa.

The point is that there are a ton of these non-profit corporations. What is important about non-profit corporations? While deductible non-profit corporations are subject to extensive SEC scrutiny, non-deductible, non-charitable non-profit corporations do not have to file anything other than a tax return. If a concern consists of both charitable and non-charitable non-profits all mixed together, with common leadership and without strict firewalls to prevent the mixing of different colors of money, then what you end up with is a money laundering operation.

This is very similar to what Enron did. And what Enron did was illegal enough that the architects of its corporate structure went to jail for their trouble.

KTK claims that these interlocking corporations with obscured leadership and without strict firewalls between the different firms in the pile are typical of all business concerns in the US.

Apparently Huston doesn’t know, or doesn’t care, that large organizations routinely create separate legal sub-divisions to carry out particular activities. Even the most basic profile of any large company will include an organization chart of its wholly- and partially-owned subsidiaries, joint ventures, and other legal affiliates. It’s standard practice for both profit-making and non-profit entities, simply because it’s easier, and makes the accounting clearer, to have distinct legal entities for distinct operating divisions.

This confuses the difference between divisions of a corporation and separate corporations. It's easy enough to break up a balance sheet or a cash flow statement by the different divisions. But when you have different corporations glommed together in some sort of overarching structure, each separate corporation needs to have a completely separate balance sheet, income and cash flow statements. The problem with the ACORN frankenstein monster is that it takes government money so it has higher standards it has to meet. But it doesn't as a whole. Some pieces seem to meet the higher standards, but evidence keeps on showing up that proves government money is being spent for illegal things, for instance to get out the vote for one political party, or to suppress voting by the other political party. This money is getting laundered through the other corporations, funneled from one to another, then passed to a third, then kicked back to a fourth, then transferred to a fifth, then finally spent on behalf of a sixth.

Imagine if the political party you oppose were doing this, and you will see the problem.

Finally KTK shoots its load with an insane claim about Kellogg.

I presume Huston is feverishly beavering away right at this moment, just about to blow the lid off the Kellog’s corporation  (secretly the unknown owners of Keebler Cookies, Eggo Waffles, Famous Amos, and a whole bunch of other stuff, including a shitload of entities very sneakily incorporating the word “Kellogg” in their names, all of them hidden on a little-known publicly-accessible document called an “Annual Report”, filed with the SEC and available from the company’s own Web site).

Trouble is I went and checked Kellogg's Annual Report. There is only one corporation to handle Rice Krispies, Corn Flakes, Keebler Elves, Famous Amos and the rest of the product lines. Check it out for yourself.

The bottom line is that when you have a big mess of interlocking corporations with interlocking directors (an illegal practice, by the way) it is a sign that you are looking at a criminal concern. This kind of structure is made to launder money. And when we are talking about an organization that takes money from the government to register voters only from one political party, that makes partisan political endorsements, and that runs get out the vote operations for that same preferred political party, then what you're talking about is money taken from the taxpayers in order to promote a single political party and crush any opposition.

And that isn't freedom. That is fascism, baby.

KTK doesn't care though. KTK likes fascism as long as Democrats do it. Because he, she, or it is a teabagging, salad-tossing, progressive douchebag just like Karl Marx, Joe Stalin, Adolf Hitler, Mao Tse Tung, Che Guevara and Pol Pot, mass murderers all. So he, she, or it lies. Because the truth about his, hers, or its beliefs is intolerable when the truth is so inhumanly horrible.

Who knew? Worldwide Pants actually refers to David Letterman's heavy breathing

• Just last week, Letterman told Obama, "I love to watch you work." Turns out that's his standard line around the office.

Let me get this straight.

• David Letterman is a long-time, serial seducer of women in his workplace who work for him.
• Some of them have long-time boyfriends, are married, or were married.
• Judging from the way that female guests who appear on his show have always reacted to him like he is a creep, this has been well known for a long time.
• One of these husbands decided to blackmail Letterman with the information.
• Letterman told his audience that he was a sexual predator who forced women who worked for him into sexual relationships.
• He got laughs because he called his actions "hinky"

Am I missing anything?

Someone has to say it. The blackmailing boyfriend who left that package on the back seat of Letterman's car should have just convinced his girl to file a sexual harassment lawsuit against Letterman for $20 million or so. Or he could have filed an alienation of affection suit. Way more money than $2 million. Plus you can get the money and also embarrass him publicly. And saying "I've been sued for sexual harassment because I used my power over them to sleep with a lot of women who worked for me" on stage doesn't usually get a laugh. Even when you say "hinky."
